Plant Communications hosted more than 100 delegates at the recent Dealer conference. This year’s conference was held at the five-star Sofitel Hotel on the Gold Coast with formal and social events held over two days (26th – 27th May 2015).
Delegates were presented with the Plant Communications PBX product roadmap, and a new range of products including Samsung Wireless LAN, and Samsung Techwin CCTV solutions as well as a comprehensive array of support programs including training and marketing support. Special guests from Samsung Electronics Korea and global application partners from Cytrack contributed to the sessions.
The highlight of the conference was the launch of Samsung’s Wireless Enterprise proposition to its partners, which brings together the new Samsung Communication Manager unified communications platform (available in server and virtualised editions) with Samsung’s new Wireless LAN solutions (a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor access points in 802.11n/ac technology options with Samsung KNOX security and Ethernet switches) with Samsung’s market leading mobile devices, wireless deskphones and clients. Samsung Wireless Enterprise provides businesses with a trusted, single brand offering for best-in-class enterprise voice, data and mobility solutions.
Mr Brett McInnes (CEO, Plant Communications) said, “The event was a great success with dealers providing overwhelming positive feedback about the direction that Samsung is moving towards and for the potential of the Samsung Wireless Enterprise market proposition. We promised a new beginning for business communications and we will work with our partners to deliver Samsung Wireless Enterprise to the market.”
Mr McInnes added, “We have some very excited dealers at the moment. We had some founding dealers who have been with us since 1996 saying it was our best conference program that they had seen. The general consensus is we have the right products, the right solutions and the right support programs right now to be successful with Samsung Wireless Enterprise.”
